Please note that we can only ship a credit/debit card order to the same address to which your statement is sent. Any order that fails to fit this criterion will not ship and be immediately refunded. This policy protects you from fraudulent use of your card.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please contact us to cancel an order. If your order has not departed our facilities, we can cancel the order. Please note that there will be a 15% restocking fee if cancelled after 48hrs.
WHAT ARE YOUR AVAILABLE SHIPPING OPTIONS?
Flat Rate Shipping: Posh Doll Collection currently ships orders using USPS. Flat rate shipping requires 2-3 business for delivery after it ships. Shipping confirmation and tracking is available via email as soon as your order departs our facilities. Please note that once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item.

WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you DO NOT make any hair appointments prior to receiving your hair.
